You can tell one by the colour of their skin, their formal attire and how they cover their face with their arm. They also have Count or Countess at the beginning of their names as well.
After meeting one, you'll have to befriend it, so make friends. You can call them from home, but it has to be during night, or they'll cut you off because of sunlight.
